Aaradhya civil constructions llp is based in South Mumbai, in the old Fort area. We have our office in Poddar Chambers on S. A. Barelvi Road, which is right near Horniman Circle. It is an old, historic part of the city and working here is quite different from being in the newer suburbs. The buildings have a lot of character, but they also come with their own set of challenges when it involves logistics and moving materials. Our office is on the first floor of Plot 108. It is a very busy area with a lot of heritage and we have been here for some time now. We handle civil construction work, which involves a lot of technical oversight and managing different crews. In Fort, you are always surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city and our office definitely reflects that energy. It is often full of big blueprints and samples of different building materials. We do not have a corporate HR department or a polished front desk; we just have a group of people who know how to get things built. Being in this part of Mumbai means we have to be very organized because the streets are narrow and moving heavy machinery around is a real puzzle. We take things one day at a time and focus on the project at hand. It is a tough business, but we enjoy the process.
