Aakansha Travels

We are based in Borivali East, right on Water Tank Road. Our building is actually called Akanksha Building, and we are on Plot 85. It makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are coming from the station. The office is a simple one. We have some chairs for people to sit while they wait and a big calendar on the wall that we use to keep track of bookings. We handle a lot of travel stuff, mostly for families in the area who want to go on a trip or need a car for a wedding. It gets quite noisy in here when all the phones start ringing at once. We don't have a fancy website with chatbots; we prefer just talking to people. Sometimes we have to stay late during the holiday season because everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. The building is quiet most of the time, except for when the water trucks go by. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know all the neighbors. It’s a bit cramped with all the files we keep, but it works for us. We just focus on getting people their tickets and making sure the drivers know where they are going. There’s no big secret to how we work, we just show up every morning and start making calls until the work is done for the day.
