We are based in Parel, right on Dr. Ambedkar Road. Our office is in the Krishna Nagar Building, at number 92/1. If you're looking for us, we are right across from the Apna Sahakari Bank. Parel is a very traditional part of Mumbai, and it’s where we’ve set up shop to handle home building and real estate. We call ourselves Aahana Expert Homes, but we are really just a group of people who know how to put houses together. The office is usually full of maps and samples of tiles or paint. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time meeting with families who want to find a place or fix up what they have. Being in Parel means we see a lot of old and new coming together. We aren't some big corporate machine. We just take our work seriously and try to be honest about what can be done. Traffic on Dr. Ambedkar Road is always a nightmare, so we do a lot of our business over the phone or with people who live nearby. It’s a practical business. We deal with the city's rules and the practical side of construction every single day. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s just how we operate. We just want to get the projects finished without any big fuss.
