Aadavann Infrastructure India Private Limited

Our office for Aadavann Infrastructure India Private Limited is on the third floor of Wing B, Diamond Estate CHSL. We’re at B 6, just off St. Anthony Road in Santacruz East. It’s a lively spot in Mumbai City, and we’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. Infrastructure work is a lot of grinding away at details that most people don't even think about. We spend a lot of time looking at site reports and trying to coordinate with different teams. It can be a real juggle sometimes. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and files everywhere. We aren't the type to have a perfectly clean desk because that usually means there’s no work happening. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. We just focus on the infrastructure projects we have on our plate. Mumbai is a tough place to get things built, but we like the challenge. Dealing with the local authorities and getting all the right stamps on papers is half the battle. We’ve got a small team that knows their stuff. We mostly just talk shop and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. St. Anthony Road is a good location for us, even if the parking is a nightmare. It’s just part of living and working in this part of the city. We keep things moving as best as we can every single day.
