We are tucked away in Shree Samarth Nagar, which is right behind Suman Nagar here in Mumbai. Most people know the area because it is a bit of a maze, but once you find us, it is pretty straightforward. We spend our days dealing with insurance papers and talking to folks who have questions about their policies. The office isn’t anything fancy to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full of old folders. It gets quite loud outside with the Mumbai traffic, especially during the monsoon when everyone is rushing around in the rain. We have been here for a while now, so the local tea stall guy knows exactly how we like our chai in the morning. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. People come in with all sorts of problems and we try to look through the paperwork to see what can be done. It is not a high-speed corporate environment, more like a place where we take our time to get the details right. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to keep things from being too quiet while we work.
