Aaa Engineering Services

Aaa Engineering Services is set up at Plot No. E 27 in the Ambad MIDC area. It is a standard industrial plot, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our lathes and milling machines set up. We spend most of our time doing job work for other companies nearby. Some days it is small repairs, other days it is making a bunch of specific components from scratch. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and some grease on your hands. The shop gets a bit cluttered because we keep a lot of scrap metal and old tools around, just in case they come in handy later. We don't really have a big staff. It is just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. We don't bother with a lot of meetings or big plans. We just look at the drawings people bring in and see if we can make it happen. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day fixing them before we can even start the work. That is just part of the business. We’ve been at E 27 for a while and the neighbors know us. If you need something turned or drilled, you just walk in and talk to whoever is standing near the front. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the engineering work as it comes through the door.
