A2O RESIDENCY LLP

Our office is up on the 12th floor of the Ozone Biz Centre. If you know Nagpada, you know JBB Marg stays pretty active all day long. A2O Residency LLP is tucked away in room A1208. It’s a typical Mumbai business building setup. We handle residency projects and real estate stuff. From the window, you can see a lot of the city, which is nice when we take a break from the paperwork. Being in the 400008 zip code means we’re right in the middle of everything. It’s a lot of phone calls and sorting through files usually. The elevator in the Biz Centre sometimes takes forever, especially during the lunch hours when everyone is moving around. We’ve been here at PL-CS227 for a while. It’s a decent place to work from. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a firm trying to manage properties and help people find places to stay. Nagpada has a lot of history and it’s an interesting place to be based. The office isn’t huge, but we keep our files organized as best we can. Sometimes it feels like we’re always chasing deadlines. We just do the work day by day. It’s honest work in a busy part of town. People come and go throughout the day. It’s just how we run things here at A2O. Nothing fancy, just practical. We don't spend much on decor, we just make sure the work gets finished.
