A P Engineering Works

You can find A P Engineering Works at 20 C/2 in Model Town, right on Bal Rajeshwar Rd. It’s a workshop, so expect some grease and the sound of machines. We do various engineering jobs here. Most of the time we’re hunched over a lathe or working on a piece of metal that needs fixing. It’s dirty work but someone has to do it. The shop has been in Model Town for quite a while now. We’ve seen a lot of different projects come through the doors. Some are small repairs, others take a few days of steady work. We don't have a fancy front office. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to walk past the machines. We keep our tools close at hand and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the afternoon. It’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local workshop. People bring us things that are broken and we see what we can do. Sometimes the tea gets cold because we're in the middle of a job. It’s a honest way to spend the day. We know the neighbors and the other shops on Bal Rajeshwar Road. It feels like a good place to be. We don't use shiny brochures to tell our story. If the work is good, people come back. We just focus on the task at hand.
