Working at A Leading Diversified Group In India means there is never a dull moment in New Mumbai. We have our hands in a lot of different things, so the office is always buzzing. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s more of a place where people are constantly moving around, trying to get things finished. We have people from all sorts of backgrounds here. New Mumbai is growing fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our space is functional. We have desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. We don’t go in for big, fancy speeches about our goals. We just show up and see what needs to be done each morning. Sometimes it's a lot of coordination, and other times it's just sitting down to figure out a problem. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. The traffic in the area can be a nightmare, so we’re all used to talking about how long it took to get in. It’s a regular job with regular people. We try to keep things simple and honest. There isn't a lot of fluff here. We just work hard and try to stay on top of all the different projects we have going on at any given time. That is basically the whole story of how we spend our time here.
