We are located right here in Nagpada, at Shop No 10 in Ripan House. If you know the area, it is on 249 Maulana Azad Road, just across from the B M C Bank. It is a busy spot in Mumbai Central, but we have been working out of this small space for quite some time now. Most days are just spent handling travel bookings and talking to people who walk in off the street. It is not a very big office, but it gets the job done and we know the neighborhood well. People around here know where to find us when they need to figure out their trips or get some paperwork sorted. The traffic outside can be pretty loud sometimes, but that is just part of being in this part of Mumbai. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big corporate setup. It is just a desk, some chairs, and us working on the computers. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a lot of people show up at once, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what needs to be finished for the day. There is no hidden stuff here, just a local agency trying to keep up with the daily rush of the city. If you are passing by Nagpada, you will probably see our sign near the bank. It is a straightforward place for regular travel needs and we just keep things moving as best as we can.
