We run our travel desk out of Building 12 A in Ratan Park, which is right behind the ONGC Colony. Most people know the Pune Solapur Road gets pretty busy, so finding us can be a bit of a trick if you aren't looking for the landmark. We started this small office to help people around Bandra East get their bus tickets and car rentals sorted without much fuss. It isn't a fancy setup with big signs, just a room where we keep our logs and answer the phone. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we’ve been here a while now. We handle a lot of local trips and some longer ones too. We mostly deal with regular customers who live in the colony or nearby buildings. It's just a few of us working here every day, making sure the drivers know where they are going and the bookings are written down correctly in the ledger. The office has a few chairs for when people come in to pay their deposits or pick up their papers. We don't really do much online, we prefer when people just stop by or give us a ring on the landline. It gets hot in the afternoons but we have a small fan going. Usually, there's a pot of tea nearby. It’s a basic business, keeping things moving for the local folks who need to travel.
