Our office is at D1 / 101 in Tulsi Vihar, which is part of the Gokul Nagari area in Khadakpada, Kalyan West. It’s a decent spot in a residential neighborhood, so it feels quite calm compared to the station area. We handle all sorts of travel arrangements here, from simple train tickets to those complicated international flights that require a lot of searching. The 7 Seas team is just a handful of us who like talking about different places and helping people get where they need to go. We have a few maps pinned to the walls and stacks of brochures that people like to flip through while they wait. The Gokul Nagari area has grown a lot lately, so we see a lot of new faces coming into the shop. Most of our day is spent staring at the computer screens and trying to find the best routes for travelers. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour, which they usually don't mind since there are good shops nearby. We don't have any fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting the bookings right so nobody gets stuck at an airport. It’s a small, local operation, and we like the fact that our customers are often our neighbors.
