We operate out of M 21 in Veer Jijamata Nagar, which is right in the Dr E Worli area. It is a busy residential part of the city, and our cabs are always coming and going from here. We started this service because we know how hard it is to get around sometimes. Our days are spent coordinating drivers and making sure the cars are clean and have enough fuel. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just talking on the phone and checking the schedule. We have a few regular drivers who have been with us for a while, and we all know the streets of Mumbai pretty well. The office is small and mostly just a place to keep the keys and the logs. We don't have a big fleet of hundreds of cars, just a reliable group of vehicles that we try to keep in good shape. Worli traffic can be a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time figuring out the best routes to avoid the jams. We aren't some giant app-based company with a huge office. We are just local people providing a way for others to get to the airport or a meeting on time. It’s about being there when the phone rings and having a car ready to go. We just keep it simple and focus on the driving and the customers who need a ride.
