Our shop is located at 15, Jwaharlal Nagar, and it’s usually pretty packed with all sorts of things we’ve collected or made. Om Bhagwati Arts Handicarfts isn't a massive factory; it’s more of a place where we spend our days surrounded by crafts and materials. The space is a bit tight sometimes because we have a lot of stock coming in and out. Most of our mornings start with a cup of tea and looking over what needs to be finished. We have been in Jwaharlal Nagar for some time now and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a lively place to work. Sometimes the dust gets a bit much, especially when we’re moving things around, but that’s just part of the deal when you work with these kinds of items. We don't have a big corporate team, it’s just us handling the orders and checking the quality of the pieces one by one. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don't really do much advertising because people usually find us through word of mouth or just by walking past the door. The shelves are always full, and there’s always something that needs packing or sorting. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We just keep at it, day after day, making sure things get done without any big fuss.
