You can find us at the Country Inn & Suites on the Delhi Meerut Road. We are right by the Hapur Bypass in Meerut City. It’s a spot where a lot of people pass through when they are traveling between different cities. The road is huge and there's usually some construction or something else going on nearby. We have been here for a bit now. The restaurant isn't small, but it doesn't feel like a giant hall either. We keep the tables spread out so people can have some space to themselves. Being near the bypass means we see a lot of tired drivers and families on their vacations. They usually just want a quiet place to sit for an hour. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just have the food we make every day. The kitchen gets quite hot, especially when the ovens are all going at once. We don't have a fancy team of designers. We just picked out some chairs and tables that seemed sturdy enough for daily use. My manager is usually around checking on things and fixing the lights. We have a few plants near the entrance that we try to keep alive, though the sunlight isn't always great in that specific spot. It’s a decent place to work. We know the regulars who come from the nearby offices for their lunch break. We don't do anything too complicated here.
