Shai Murga Dhaba

Shai Murga Dhaba is situated on Garh Road in Meerut. We are specifically located near the LLRM Medical College and just opposite the Reliance Petrol Pump. Because of the medical college, we get a lot of students and hospital staff coming in at all hours. The petrol pump also brings in drivers who are fueling up and need something to eat. Garh Road is a major route, so there is never a shortage of traffic or noise. Our dhaba is a simple structure, built more for function than for looks. We have big stoves in the back and the smell of cooking hangs in the air all day. It’s a busy environment, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several groups arrive at the same time. We don't have a corporate office or a marketing team; it’s just us doing the work. The seating is basic, and the tables are the kind that can take a lot of wear and tear. We see a lot of people who are in a hurry, so we try to get things done quickly. The staff knows most of the regular students by name. It’s a loud, lively place where nobody cares about being fancy. We just focus on keeping the kitchen moving and making sure everyone gets their food before they have to head back to the college or the road.
