Our location at 78/7C Rajendar Nagar in Meerut is a busy place to be. You can usually tell you’re close by the smells coming from the kitchen area. It’s mostly the scent of oil and spices that fills the air around here. We have a lot of people working in different sections, some packing bags and others checking the machines. It’s a noisy environment, but everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. Meerut is a hub for this kind of work, and being in Rajendar Nagar means we are right in the middle of the action. We see the big trucks pulling in and out all day long, taking snacks to different parts of the country. Inside, it’s not very fancy. It’s all about efficiency and making sure the floors stay clean. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so there’s a lot of local talk during the breaks. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We make food that people like to eat when they’re sitting at home or traveling. Sometimes a machine breaks down and everyone has to scramble to fix it, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the clock. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much. It’s just how we live and work in this part of UP.
