Aamantran Food Court

Aamantran Food Court is situated at 162, Baghpat Road in Meerut. If you know where the Shambhu Nagar Gate is, we are just right across from there in Madhuban Colony. It is a lively spot. We have a few different things going on here because it is a food court, so it is rarely quiet. We see a lot of students and families coming through. The building is okay, nothing too special, but it has got enough space for everyone to sit. Meerut gets really cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so we are always messing with the fans or the heaters. We have been at this spot on Baghpat Road for a while. Usually, the mornings are for cleaning and getting the different sections ready. By lunchtime, it is a bit of a rush. We do not use any fancy systems, just paper and pens for the most part. It works for us. Sometimes the drain in the back acts up, or we have to wait for the vegetable guy who is running late. It is just the usual stuff that happens when you run a business. We are not a big chain, just a local place in the 250002 area. We just try to make sure there is enough food for everyone who shows up before we close. It is a lot of work but it is fine.
