Waseem Hair Cutting Saloon

Waseem Hair Cutting Saloon is over in Sector 5 of Jagriti Vihar in Meerut. We are specifically at 8/5 on the Main Road. If you look across the street, you will see Dwarika Tower. It’s a good spot to be because many people live around here. We have a few chairs set up and the usual mirrors on the walls. Most of the work we do is regular haircuts and beard trims. We don't use any fancy machines, just good scissors and razors. The shop is usually full of talk. Since we are on the Main Road, there is always something happening outside. Jagriti Vihar is a nice area and we’ve made a lot of friends since we started here. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just show up, open the shutters, and start working. Sometimes we have a helper if it gets too busy. We try to keep the place clean, though the towels are always in the wash. It’s a basic life but we like it. Customers come in, get their hair done, and tell us their stories. We know whose son is getting married and who is looking for work. That’s how a local shop should be. We stay open until late evening so people can stop by after their jobs are done. It’s just Waseem’s place, simple and plain. We don't need much more than that to be happy with the day's work.
