Altab Salon

Altab Salon is located on Ambedkar Road in Kanker Khera. We are very close to Satish Chawk, which is the main landmark for anyone coming to this part of Meerut. The 250001 area is where we have our roots. Our shop is just a small local spot for the neighborhood guys. We don't have any big corporate ideas. It’s just about cutting hair and giving shaves to the people who live nearby. The street outside can get quite crowded and dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the front glass and the floor inside. We have a couple of chairs and the usual tools of the trade. It is nothing fancy, just a practical place to get your grooming done. We have been here for a long time and seen the kids in the neighborhood grow up into men. They still come to us for their haircuts. We don't use any complicated booking systems. You just show up and if a chair is free, you sit down. If not, you wait a bit and talk to whoever else is there. It’s a friendly enough place. We try to keep our prices where the local people can afford them without thinking twice.
