V Care Unisex Saloon

You can find us in D Block of Shastri Nagar in Meerut. We are very close to the D Block Pole, which is how most people give directions to get here. It’s a unisex place, so we get men, women, and kids coming in. It gets pretty loud sometimes with all the different people talking at once. We have a few chairs set up for haircuts and a separate area for other things. Shastri Nagar is a busy residential spot, so we stay on our feet most of the day. We aren't like those big mall shops. It’s more of a neighborhood hang out where you happen to get a haircut. We’ve seen kids grow up coming here. One day they are getting their first trim, and a few years later they’re coming in for a shave. We don't have a big staff, just a few local guys who know their way around a pair of clippers. The shop is functional. We have the usual mirrors, some old chairs that have seen better days but are still comfortable, and a radio that’s usually playing something in the background. We don't take fancy appointments online or anything. People just walk in and wait their turn. It’s worked for us so far. Being near the pole makes it easy for newcomers to find us without getting lost in the D Block streets.
