Plaza Hair Salon

This shop is located at S No 92 in Kanker Khera, Meerut. We are right in the middle of Bada Bazar. If you know the bazar, you know it’s always crowded and full of energy. Our salon is a small part of that. We’ve been cutting hair here for years. It’s a traditional kind of place. We don't have the latest gadgets or fancy rotating chairs. We have the old-fashioned heavy ones that last forever. Most of the men in Kanker Khera have probably sat in our chairs at some point. Being in Bada Bazar, there’s never a dull moment. You can hear everything going on outside while you’re getting a trim. We keep things very straightforward. You come in, you sit down, you get your hair cut, and you leave. We don't do much else. It’s a local spot where people come to hear the news and gossip of the town while they wait. The walls are lined with mirrors that have been there since we opened. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not why people come to us. They come because they know us. We are just a regular part of the market. Sometimes it’s so crowded in the bazar that people just step inside to get away from the sun for a minute. We don't mind. It’s all part of being in Bada Bazar.
