Pal Hair Salon

We are located on Fatak Road in Meerut Cantt. If you know the area, we are right near the railway fatak in the Kasimpur main market. You can often hear the trains passing by and the bells at the crossing. It is a very lively part of Meerut. Our salon is a simple place for men and boys to get their hair cut. We have been here at this spot for a long time. The chairs are old-fashioned but they do the job just fine. We get a lot of people from the army area and the local market workers. It is the kind of place where you can just sit down and wait your turn without any fuss. The mirrors are a bit worn around the edges and the floor always has a bit of hair on it because we stay busy. We don't have air conditioning, just some good ceiling fans to keep the air moving during the hot Meerut summers. It is a straightforward barber shop. No one comes here for a luxury experience; they come here because they need a haircut and they know we will do it right. We open early in the morning for the workers and stay open until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It is just how we do things here and we have been at it for years without much changing inside.
