Om Sai Beauty Parlour & Training Centre

We've got our place set up on Delhi Road over in R K Puram, Meerut. It’s a busy area and there’s always something going on outside our door. We do two things here, we have the parlour for regular customers and we also teach people who want to learn the trade. It gets a bit hectic sometimes with students practicing and customers coming in for their appointments all at once. The room is divided by some curtains to keep things organized. I’ve been doing this for a long time and decided it was better to share what I know with the younger girls in the neighborhood. The chairs aren't the newest models, but they're comfortable enough. We have a lot of stuff on the shelves, bottles and jars of all kinds. It’s not a silent place, there’s always someone talking or asking a question about a technique. Delhi Road is always loud with horns and traffic, so we usually have a fan running to drown out some of the noise. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything. People just see our board on the road and walk in. We try to keep the training practical so the girls can actually get jobs later. It’s a lot of work running both parts of the business, but we manage. We’re just a local spot trying to stay busy every day.
