Nevia Hair Saloon

Nevia Hair Saloon is over in Meerut Cantt, specifically in the Sanik Colony area. We are right on the Main Mkt in Kasimpur. The 250001 area is a bit quieter than the main city parts because of the cantonment, but the market itself still has plenty of life. I’ve been working at this spot for quite a while now. The shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. There are mirrors along the wall and a few benches for people to sit while they wait their turn. Most of our customers are from the colony or the surrounding Kasimpur area. It's the kind of place where you don't need an appointment, you just show up and wait a bit if there's someone already in the chair. We keep things very basic here. There’s no fancy music or expensive lighting, just regular bulbs and the sound of the market outside. Sometimes the soldiers from the Cantt come in for a neat cut, and they usually don't say much. Other times it's the local shopkeepers who want to chat while they get a shave. It's a steady life and we know the neighborhood well. The routine of opening up, sweeping the floor, and greeting the regulars is what keeps us going. It’s just an honest day's work in a simple salon. We stay open late into the evening most days to make sure everyone who needs a cut can get one before heading home.
