Naz Hair Saloon

Shardapuri Road is where we are located. It’s a busy enough spot in the Kanker Khera area of Meerut. We have been here at this address near Khirva Road for a good while now. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a few chairs and some mirrors that have seen better days. Meerut gets really hot in the summer months, so we try to keep the old fan going for everyone who is waiting. People stop by after they finish work or when they are on their way to the local market. We mostly see the same faces every single month. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded on Sundays, and folks just have to sit on the wooden bench outside for a bit. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us working with the scissors and the combs. It is a simple life for us. We start early in the morning when the street is still mostly quiet and pack things up when it gets dark. Most people around Shardapuri Road know us by our names. We don't do any of that fancy styling you see in the movies, just regular cuts that look decent enough. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast, so one of us is always sweeping. It’s just how a local saloon works. You come in, get your hair sorted, maybe talk about the weather, and then head out. There isn't much else to it.
