Naice Hair Saloon

You can find us over at Zakir Colony, right by the L Block Tiraha in Meerut. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of dust and the sound of horns honking all day long. The shop is called Naice, and I like to think it’s a decent little place for the neighborhood folks to get their hair cut. I’ve got three chairs, but usually, only two are being used at any given time. The walls have some old tiles that are a bit chipped, but they are easy to wipe down. I spend a lot of time cleaning my razors and making sure everything is ready for the next person. In the evenings, the light from the streetlamps spills in, and the shop feels a bit different than it does in the bright morning sun. People stop by after work, still wearing their uniforms or carrying bags of groceries, just looking to get a clean shave before going home. I don't use any of those big fancy machines, just my hands and some basic tools that have served me well for years. Sometimes I get a bit tired of the noise from the Tiraha, but then a regular customer comes in with some local gossip and the time just flies by. It is just a simple life here in Meerut, cutting hair and watching the world go by through the front window. We don’t do anything special, just regular haircuts for regular people who live nearby.
