Monti Hair Salon has been operating on Mawana Rd in Ganga Nagar for quite some time. Meerut is a busy place, and our spot here in 250001 sees a lot of traffic. We aren't trying to be the most modern shop in the world, just a reliable place where people can come and get their hair sorted. I started this because I liked the work, and over the years, I’ve met a lot of different people from all over the city. The salon is a bit of a hangout for some, where they can relax for a few minutes while we work. We handle all sorts of hair, nothing too crazy though. Living and working on Mawana Rd means we see a lot of commuters and locals. It gets loud outside with the cars, but inside we just focus on the job. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people in. My staff and I just show up every morning, sweep the floor, and get ready for the day. It’s a straightforward business. We try to keep the chairs comfortable and the tools sharp. If you live around Ganga Nagar, you’ve probably walked past us a hundred times. We are just a normal part of the street, doing what we do. No big promises, just a haircut and a thank you when you’re done. That's how we've always run things here at Monti Hair Salon.
