Menz Salon Spa

Menz Salon Spa is situated in the Amar Shree Complex, which is at S No- V-5-185 in Meenakshipuram. Being inside a complex in Meerut is a bit different than having a shop right on the street. It’s a little quieter here, though you still get the foot traffic from the other shops nearby. We handle both haircuts and some spa stuff, so we have the wash basins and different types of chairs set up. The plumbing can be a bit tricky sometimes, but we manage to keep the water running right. I try to keep the lighting bright so I can see what I’m doing with the clippers and the massage tools. The 250001 area has a lot of people who want to look decent for their jobs, so we stay fairly busy during the week. It’s not a huge place, but we’ve tucked everything in where it fits. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the place cool enough for everyone. I spend a lot of time cleaning the sinks and making sure we have enough fresh towels for everyone. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people just find us while they are walking through the Amar Shree Complex or they hear about us from a neighbor in Meenakshipuram. It’s a practical setup and we just try to do a decent job for whoever walks in. We stay open pretty late most nights.
