Limra Hair Cutting Saloon is tucked away in the Chowk Gudri Bazar area of Meerut. We are very close to the Shekho Vali Maszid, so many people use that as a landmark to find us. The shop has been a fixture in the Gudri Bazar for a long time. It is a busy neighborhood with lots of people moving around all day. Inside, we have our standard barber chairs and all the usual tools of the trade. We don't try to make it look like a high-end salon because that’s not who we are. It’s just a place for a decent haircut without any fuss. The 250002 area is where we live and work. We know most of the faces that come through the door by their first names. Sometimes the shop is full of talk about local things, and other times people just want to sit quietly while we work. The space is a bit cramped when it gets busy, but we manage. We open up the shop every morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night. There are no fancy brochures or complicated price lists here. We just do the work and keep things simple for the folks in Meerut. It’s a humble business, but it keeps us going and serves the local community well enough. We see no reason to change how things are.
