Llecturer

Living and working in Barsahi, Orissa is pretty peaceful compared to the big cities. Llecturer is run right here, and you can find us easily enough if you know where S. C. Panda’s place is. It’s Rupashree Panda who keeps things moving around here most of the time. We are right in the middle of the community, so we see our neighbors every day when we walk to the office. The address at Dist: Mbj is where we’ve set up shop, and it works well for us. We aren't some big corporation with branches everywhere. It’s just a local operation where we try to be helpful to the people who reach out. The office itself is modest, with enough room for our files and a couple of computers. Sometimes the heat in Orissa gets to be a bit much in the afternoons, so we take a break or move a bit slower, but the work always gets finished. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements because most people find out about us just by talking to someone else in town. It’s a very personal way of doing things. When you call or stop by, you’re talking to a real person who probably knows your family or saw you at the market. That’s how we like to keep it. We’ve been at this for some time now and staying small allows us to focus on the details without getting overwhelmed by too many rules or layers of management.
