Deo (Junior) College

We've been here in Tato for a while now. Most people around Mayurbhanj know where the college is. It's not a huge place, just a few buildings where the local kids come for their intermediate studies. The classrooms are basic, nothing fancy, but they get the job done. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running day to day. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes the yard messy, but that's just how it is here. Teachers live nearby, and we see the students walking in every morning from the surrounding villages. We don't have those big city facilities, but the students study hard anyway. Mostly, it's about getting through the syllabus and making sure everyone shows up for exams. The benches are a bit old, and the walls could use some paint, but the atmosphere is quiet enough for learning. We don't do much advertising because everyone in the area already knows us. Usually, parents just drop by to ask about admissions or talk to the principal. It feels more like a community spot than a big institution. There’s a small field where the boys play sometimes during the break. We just try to keep the doors open and the lessons going every single day. Life moves a bit slower here in this part of Odisha, and the college just follows that pace. We have a small office where the paperwork piles up, but we manage to stay organized. It's a simple setup for the local youth.
