Janaka Motor Driving School

You can find Janaka Motor Driving School on the first floor of the Raghu Building. We are over in the Urva Store area of Mangalore, zip code 575006. It’s a decent climb up the stairs to get to us. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and everyone around Urwa knows where it is. From our windows, you can look down at the street and see the buses going by. The office is pretty small. We have a few wooden chairs and a table where we fill out the forms. There are always keys lying around and calendars marked up with different times. It’s not a place where we worry about decor or style. We just want to make sure the chairs are comfortable enough for a short wait. The staff here is used to the local pace of life. We drink a lot of coffee from the shop downstairs and talk about the weather. Being at Urva Store means we are right in the middle of things. Sometimes the noise from the traffic is loud, but you get used to it after a week. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing person. Most people just see our sign on the Raghu Building or hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a simple setup. We keep the paperwork in folders and use a regular ballpoint pen for everything. It works for us and the people who come to see us here in the Raghu Building. We usually keep the windows open to catch any breeze.
