Janaka Driving School

Janaka Driving School is located in Githa Mahal on the Main Road, specifically NH 17 in Surathkal. We are right near the post office, which is a big help when people are trying to find us for the first time. Mangalore 575014 is our area, and being on the national highway means there’s always a lot of activity. We have our cars parked nearby, and you’ll often see them coming and going with learners behind the wheel. The office in Githa Mahal is simple. We have a desk with a lot of papers, some chairs for people to wait, and a few posters about road rules on the walls. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road construction and the heavy vehicles passing by on NH 17. We don’t try to look like a big company. We’re a local business and we talk to our neighbors. The air smells like the sea sometimes because we aren't far from the coast. When the weather gets really hot, we turn on the old fans and keep the door open. Our staff knows every turn and pothole in Surathkal. We’ve been teaching people how to drive for a long time now. If you’re walking from the post office, it’s just a minute or two away. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We don’t use fancy slogans or have a polished front desk. We just show up and get to work with the students. It's usually a bit loud with the highway traffic, but we manage. We just ask people to sign the register when they arrive.
