Alwyns Motor Driving School

This branch of Alwyns Motor Driving School is in the Fernandes Building on Balmatta Road. We are right in the Hampankatta area of Mangalore, zip code 575001. It’s a busy part of the city, which actually helps when you’re learning to drive because you get used to the traffic quickly. We have our little space in the building where we handle all the paperwork and talk to new students. Most of our day is spent in the car, though. We’ve been teaching drivers for quite a while now. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience, and we have plenty of that. We aren’t some big chain school; we’re just local people helping other locals get their licenses. The Balmatta Road area is always humming with activity. We try to keep things relaxed for our students because being nervous doesn't help anyone learn. We don’t have a flashy office or expensive advertisements. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for years. If you come by the Fernandes Building, you’ll see us. We’re just regular people doing a regular job. We enjoy seeing someone finally get the hang of a tricky turn or a parallel park. It’s a good feeling to see them succeed. That’s pretty much all there is to us. We’re just here to help people learn the rules of the road.
