We're up on the 3rd floor of the Forum Mall in Pandeshwar. It's usually busy around here since it's a mall, but we've been open for a while now. Most people find us after they’ve been walking around the shops for a bit and want to sit down. We mostly do food from the Middle East, so things like kebabs and rice dishes are on the menu. It’s a pretty simple setup, nothing too fancy. The kitchen stays pretty active throughout the day, especially on weekends when families come into Mangalore for their shopping. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the food is ready when people are hungry. Some days are faster than others. There's a lot of competition around Attavar, but we just stick to what we know. The mall parking is usually where people leave their cars before heading up to see us. It’s not a huge place, but it works for a quick lunch or a dinner after a movie. We’ve had the same staff for a bit, so we kind of know how the flow goes by now. It gets a bit loud when the mall is crowded, which is just how it is in this part of town. We don't really do much advertising, people just sort of stumble upon us or hear about it from friends. It’s just a regular spot to get some food and take a break from the heat outside.
