Danish Arabian Treat

Danish Arabian Treat is way up on the 4th floor of the City Centre Mall. That is on Ks Rao Road in the Hampankatta area of Mangalore. Being in a mall means we are surrounded by shops and a lot of people walking around with bags. We have a spot in the food court area. It is not a quiet place, as there is always music playing from the mall speakers and people talking. We mostly do Arabian-style food, so there is usually a grill going. The heat from the kitchen mixes with the mall's air conditioning, which is a bit strange. We have a small staff of people who have been with us for a bit. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. We just saw a space in the mall and decided to set up a food stall. The mall is busy on the weekends, so those are our longest days. During the week, it is a bit slower, and we spend time cleaning up and getting ready for the next rush. Ks Rao Road is always jammed with traffic, so it takes us a while to even get to work in the morning. We are just one of many food places here, but we have our own way of doing things. It's just a mall eatery where you can get a quick meal while shopping. It is a plain and simple business.
