City Caterers

Our setup is located in the Vasanthi Complex, which is part of City Traders over in the Kadri Kankanady area. It is a pretty central location in the city which helps us get around to different venues without too much trouble from the traffic. We have been operating out of this complex for a good while. We handle all sorts of catering jobs. Some are big weddings and some are just a few trays of food for a small office lunch during the week. We do not have a fancy showroom for people to visit. It is just a practical workspace where we do all the chopping, cooking, and packing. Kadri is a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. We just focus on the task at hand. Our team is used to the daily rush. We do not use any complicated terms or try to sound like a big corporation. We are just a local business trying to do some honest work. We spend a lot of our time making sure the ingredients are fresh from the market nearby. If the vegetables or the fish are not good today, we tell the customer and suggest something else instead. That is just how we operate. We have seen a lot of other businesses come and go in Vasanthi Complex, but we have managed to stay here. We just keep the stoves lit.
