Food Palace Bar & Restaurant

Food Palace Bar & Restaurant is located over in Kapikad, Bejai. We are quite close to the Kmc Hostel, so we get a mix of students and older folks who have lived in Mangalore for years. We’ve been at this address, 575004, for a good while. It’s a place where you can sit down, have a drink, and eat something without feeling rushed. The lighting isn't always perfect, and the menus might have a few stains on them, but that's because they get used a lot. We don't have a fancy corporate office. Usually, you’ll find the owner sitting near the back or checking on the kitchen. We have a bar too, so it stays a bit lively, especially on Friday nights when everyone wants to relax. It’s not a quiet library here. People talk, laugh, and sometimes complain about the weather. We just keep the drinks cold and the food coming out as fast as the stove allows. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just run a bar and a restaurant in a neighborhood we like. If you're walking past the hostel and feel hungry, just come in. We’ll find a chair for you somewhere. It’s just a plain, local establishment where everyone is welcome to spend some time and just be themselves while they eat.
