Our office is in the Padmakiran building in Udupi. We’ve been doing management services from here for a while. It’s a private limited company, but we keep things pretty low-key. The 574133 pin code area is where we are based. It’s a regular part of town, nothing too fancy about the street or the building itself. Inside, you’ll find a few of us working at our desks, surrounded by stacks of paper and ringing phones. We help other businesses manage their stuff, which keeps us pretty busy from morning until evening. Udupi is a good place to live and work. It isn't too crowded, and we can usually get things done without too much fuss. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people just know us from being in the building for so long. We have our lunch together and talk about the local news or the weather. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't use much management jargon either. We just figure out what needs to be done and then we do it. The office is functional and has everything we need. We don't see the point in having a lot of bells and whistles. We are just a local team providing a service from our little corner of Karnataka. It’s steady work and we enjoy the routine of it all. There is always some new task to figure out.
