Air India Express

Our Air India Express office is located at A7, Vaishali Apts, which is right opposite the Mangala Stadium in Gandhonagar. It’s a pretty well-known spot in Mangalore. We’ve been operating out of this apartment building for a while now. It’s a bit different than being in a big glass office tower, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We handle a lot of the ground-level stuff here, dealing with bookings and answering questions for travelers. Being near the stadium means there's always something going on nearby. It can get a bit hectic during the match days, but mostly it’s just a steady stream of work. We have a small team here making sure the flight details are sorted out. The office is functional and has everything we need to keep things running. It’s not very big, so we have to keep things organized. People usually find us easily because the stadium is such a big landmark. We’re just regular employees trying to make sure the travel side of things goes okay for everyone. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, but that's just part of the job. We’ve lived and worked in Mangalore for years, so we know the area well. The office door is usually open during business hours for anyone needing help with their flights or tickets. It's a busy little place but we like the energy of the area.
