Skyline Construction & Housing Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Bon Eug Complex. We are tucked away in the St. Anna Compound over in Neermarga. It’s a bit of a drive from the center of Mangalore, but we like it out here near Pedamale Post. Our office is where all the planning for the building projects happens. We deal with a lot of construction work and housing developments around the 575 029 area. It’s a practical workspace, filled with blueprints and files. We aren't really the type to have a polished corporate showroom. Most of our day is spent on sites or sitting at these desks making sure the materials are ordered and the workers know where to go. The complex itself is quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the technical drawings. We’ve been part of the Mangalore building scene for a long time. It’s hard work, and things don't always go perfectly on a job site, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’re just local people building homes for other local people. It’s a straightforward business. If you visit us, you’ll likely see a few of us drinking tea and going over the latest project schedules. We try to keep things moving along even when there are delays with materials or weather. It is just the way construction goes in this part of the country, and we are used to it by now.
