We operate out of Aranthakodi House in Ullaibettu, which is a bit outside the main Mangalore city area. It’s a quiet spot, much different from the busy streets in the center of town, and we quite like it that way. Being in Karnataka, we deal with a lot of local travel and keeping the cars ready for whatever comes up next. The house serves as our main base where we keep the keys and manage all the bookings that come in over the phone. Most of our mornings are spent checking the vehicles and making sure everything is clean and running right for the day's trips. The weather here in Mangalore can be quite unpredictable with the rain, so we are always keeping an eye on the sky while we work. It’s a small operation, mostly just a handful of us who live nearby or in the village itself. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls, just a regular space in a local house where we can sit down and do our paperwork. It’s honest work and we know the roads around here like the back of our hands. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. It’s not always perfectly smooth, but we make it work and keep the cars moving through the local lanes and the nearby highways.
