Sometimes the rain gets heavy in Karnataka during the monsoon, and we just keep doing what we do inside. The walls are sturdy enough. We don't have a big sign or anything, but neighbors drop by. It’s mostly just keeping things moving day to day. We don't really think about big goals or things like that. Mostly it's about making sure the work gets done and the space stays clean. Mangalore isn't too far if we need bigger supplies, but mostly we stick to our corner in Pakshikere. It's calm here. We have some chairs, a desk, and the usual stuff you'd expect. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out. It’s a simple setup. Not many people from outside the area come through, but that’s fine with us. We know the postman well since he comes by Smitha Nivas often. It’s just how things are. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to.
