Prakash Electic Co Pvt Ltd is based at Amin Nivas in Koppalkad. That is over in the Konchady area of Mangalore, 575008. The office is basically part of a house. We have been here for quite some time now. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part. We do electrical work and handle the company business from here. There are always wires or samples lying around the place. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see but we know where everything is. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a small one so people know it’s Amin Nivas. Most of our day is spent coordinating with the guys on the field or checking the inventory. We have a couple of desks and a lot of shelf space for the equipment. It’s a family-run kind of feel. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during our calls but that’s just how it is here. We are used to the Mangalore weather, the humidity doesn't bother us much anymore. We’ve built this up slowly over the years. People in Koppalkad know us well. We don't do anything too flashy. It is just a straightforward electrical company. We get the orders, we sort the parts, and we move on to the next task. It’s a good spot to work from.
