You can find us at the Moti Mahal College of H.M. It’s a busy environment because of all the students learning the ropes. We handle the hotel and restaurant side of things right here on the premises. It isn't like those big, impersonal chains you see in the city center. This place has a bit of a different feel because it's tied to the college. There is always someone learning how to cook or how to set a table properly. Our days are filled with the sounds of the kitchen and people moving around the halls. We don't have a polished corporate office. Our workspace is usually a bit cluttered with menus and schedules for the week. It’s a practical place where we just focus on the food and the rooms. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a big group comes in, but we manage to get through it. The building itself is quite well-known in the area. We’ve been operating from this address for quite some time. We don't put much stock in fancy titles or big speeches. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is running okay for the day. It’s a straightforward life for the staff here. We like the energy of the students and the fact that no two days are exactly the same in the restaurant business. It keeps us on our toes and the days go by pretty fast for everyone.
