Our office is located at room 104 in the Vinayaka Apartment. That’s on Berry Road, right near Lady Hill in Mangalore. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the Lady Hill circle. We spend most of our time on the phones or on the computers. Dealing with travel means things are always changing with flights and trains, so it stays busy. The apartment building is mostly residential, so we try to keep the noise down and respect the neighbors. It’s a professional enough space but we don't go overboard with any fancy stuff. We just have our desks, some chairs, and some maps on the wall. The Lady Hill area is a good spot because it’s central for everyone. You get all kinds of people coming in to talk to us. Some are planning big trips abroad and some just need a quick flight ticket to Bangalore. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the routes and the airlines pretty well. It’s a lot of checking schedules and trying to find the right timings for travelers. Sometimes the systems are slow and we just chat with the customers while we wait for the screen to load. We are just a local branch doing our bit in the travel world.
