Down here in Ira, we operate out of Thiruvale House. It’s not like those big city offices you see on TV. It’s more of a home-grown setup for Durga Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. We handle facility management, which basically means we take care of buildings and make sure things are running okay. It’s a lot of cleaning, fixing pipes, and keeping an eye on things so they don't fall apart. Some days are just filled with phone calls about leaky taps or someone needing a floor scrubbed. We have a crew that goes out to different sites, but Thiruvale House is where the planning happens. It’s quiet out this way compared to the main towns. I think that’s why we like it. You get to know the people you work for. It’s not just a contract; it’s more like helping out neighbors, even if they are big companies. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. If a place needs to be kept clean or maintained, we just go and do it. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get around, especially when the rains are heavy, but the work doesn't stop. We’ve had some of the same people working with us for a long time now. We just stay busy and try to keep our heads down. It’s practical work for practical people.
