Customer Needz

Customer Needz is our little shop located in the Blossom building in Udupi. We are right across from the Gajanana Rice Mill, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. It is a busy part of Pragathi Nagar, and we like being right in the thick of it. The Nejar and Santhekatte areas are home to us, and we know most of the people who walk by our front window. We don't have a giant team or a fancy office suite. It is just a few rooms filled with the stuff we need to help our customers. Whether it is a small request or something more complicated, we just sit down and figure it out. There are no fancy slogans here, just desks and chairs and people talking. Sometimes the rain in Udupi gets so heavy we have to shout over the sound of it on the roof. We just keep working through it. Our address is easy to find if you are coming from the main road. We keep our own books and manage our own schedules. It is a very hands-on way to run a business. We don't spend much time on social media or marketing. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here and that we do a decent job. It’s a simple, local operation and that is exactly how we like to keep things around here.
