Cashier

I work at a place called Cashier and you can find me over at Benjan Padavu Hose. It’s located in Shivaji Nagar, which is part of Amunje Villiege. This is in the Bantwal Tq, in the D.K. district. I’ve been living and working in this village for quite some time now. Most people around here know where Shivaji Nagar is. My day is mostly spent handling the cash and keeping the books straight. It’s a lot of counting and double-checking numbers to make sure nothing is missing at the end of the day. Benjan Padavu Hose is a simple place, nothing too fancy. We don't have big air conditioners or anything like that, just the regular ceiling fans. It gets quite warm in Amunje Villiege, especially during the summer months when the sun is out. I take my job seriously because people trust me with their money and receipts. Bantwal Tq is a busy enough place, but our village stays relatively quiet most of the time. I walk to work most days since everything is close by. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on my old desk and I have to stay a bit late to clear it all out. My family has been in this area for generations, so I know almost everyone who comes through the door. It’s a small community and we all look out for each other. I’m just a regular person trying to make an honest living handling the finances for the business.
